Welcome to #itlldoacres. Why the name “It’ll Do”? We hope your stay is far better than something else that “will just do.” Nestled in the country but close to the action for sports, weddings, family reunions, vacations, and more. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment all to yourself.

-15 minutes from Lincoln’s basketball gyms, shopping and Husker football.
-15 minutes from Doane College and Crete.
-Close to several great wedding venues in Roca and Hickman.
-5 minutes away from Blue Stem lake.

We are on a septic system and the septic is sensitive. NOTHING CAN BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILETS EXCEPT HUMAN WASTE AND TOILET PAPER.

This was a perfect place to stay for a family wedding at a venue in Hickman. It had plenty of space for our family of four. The communication with the owner was seamless, and I appreciated the well laid out check in/check out instructions. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again should we find ourselves attending another family gathering!

It is only 20 minutes from downtown Lincoln and we were able to enjoy the country and beautiful sunsets The condo was very clean and well stocked with staples —plus including coffee and creamer. Something needed attention and it was fixed within a couple of hours. We would surely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for the weekend when coming to town for a Huskers game. We have 4 girls ages 5-15 and all of them loved the place and the kittens and the chickens. Very nice area with a far away feel but still a short enough drive to Lincoln. My only recommendation would be to add a full length mirror. All of us girls were looking around for one! Other than that zero complaints and if we ever come to another Husker game we’d love to stay again!
