The house was exactly as described, and we had a wonderful stay. Within walking distance to downtown (including plenty of shopping, restaurants and sightseeing) and a short drive to everything else Wilmington has to offer.

This charming and CLEAN home was exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient (walkable) to all of the downtown Wilmington spots. It was both cozy and spacious (tough to achieve) I would highly recommend this property - communication with the owner was quite good as well.

Beautiful almost brand new house that looks exactly like pictures (maybe even better). Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, everything new, super clean, easy parking, attractive decor, fenced yard, and a communicative host. 10s all the way around. The area felt safe and it was a perfect location for walking to old downtown, restaurants, breweries, museums and the Riverwalk. Thanks to Acacia for offering such a lovely place and allowing our dog to join us. For those who may visit with pets, please don't forget to clean the yard so that nice places like this will continue to welcome them. We hope to return one day soon!

We had a great stay in this house...it was clean and felt new and modern, was well-furnished, and provided everything we needed for a week's stay. Comfortable king bed and nice bathrooms. The historic district where it is located is really a lovely area, and we walked down to the river district many times....very walkable. Good restaurants and bars and coffee shops nearby. Highly recommended for anyone coming to see a show at Greenfield Lake...it's only five minutes away. We will stay here again!

The house was immaculate and looks to be brand new. The AC worked great, water pressure was good, off street parking was very convenient. The location was so central to everything. About a half mile to market and front street where a lot of great restaurants are. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would rebook next time we come to Wilmington.

Wonderful stay in Wilmington!

We had an amazing weekend at this VRBO in Wilmington! The house was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything we could have needed. The beds were super comfortable, making for a restful stay. The location was perfect—just a short 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive to downtown, which made exploring the area so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book again in the future!

Great property

Wonderful property. Well laid out and appointed. Better than advertised. Location is a bit further from downtown than we would have liked, but worth the extra walk. Very clean as well.
