On the lower floor balcony with private barbecue, large living room, American kitchen, service area with bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms with fans and air conditioning. In the front bedroom, balcony overlooking Atlantic Forest, a bunk bed and double bed. In the bottom bedroom three bunk beds. Bathroom with shower stall.

PERFEITA! Superou as expectativas!

Passamos o Reveillon, a casa é exatamente como ma descrição, senão melhor! A proprietária extremamente atenciosa e solicita. Tem td perto, mercado, peixaria e PRAIA!! Da pra ir andando tranquilamente. Os quartos amplos, extremamente limpos e o ar condicionado excelente! A vizinhança é otima, realmente foi PERFEITA a nossa estadia. Com certeza voltaremos!

Ótima casa

A descrição corresponde perfeitamente. Casa muito boa, toda equipada, muito limpa e aconchegante. O ar condicionado nos quartos proporcionava um excelente descanso depois de um dia inteiro na praia. A casa é bem localizada, a apenas 200m da praia da Tabatinga e bem próxima de outras ótimas praias como a Maranduba, a Mococa e a Cocanha. A proprietária é muito atenciosa. Recomendo.

Muito boa!

Local muito tranquilo e de boa vizinhança. Fomos bem recebidos pelo zelador que também é o gerente do condomínio. Imóvel limpo e bem conservado. Agradeço pelo bom atendimento da Sra. Maria de Lourdes que foi muito prestativa na transação toda. Recomendo este imóvel!
