Each cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, roomy open-concept kitchen and welcoming living area. Huge decks on the front of the home with views of Nantucket Sound. Quiet, sought after neighborhood in West Dennis is just 5 houses to your shared PRIVATE BEACH.

The cottages are virtually mirror images of each other - with furnishings and details that are above and beyond the neighbors. From the Cuisinart pots and pans, huge HD TVs in the custom built in cabinets, to the tastefully decorated bedrooms - it's simply the nicest rental on the street. High Speed Internet for the kids, sunshine and relaxation for the adults! TONS of cabinet and counter space for all your belongings! Huge front deck with ocean views, back deck with a spacious backyard. Custom outdoor showers after the beach, plenty of parking. Every detail says high-end relaxation.

Awesome family beach vacation

This was the perfect place for our family Cape vacation. It was so easy to walk to the beach every day. The location felt secluded but wasn't far from major roads. Loved it!

Great Beach house.

Being a duplex house makes it great for large families. Easy walk to the beach, and big new decks. Convenient having beach chairs available for renters. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Great Extended Family Vacation

Fantastic location for a family gathering, our age range was 13-89. Short walk to a private beach and even a great view of an aspect nest (2024). The house is in a quiet private road but still close to lots of fun things to do. Highly recommended!

Perfect for our needs. We had both sides of the house, ranging from kids age 6 to great grandma! House had everything we needed. Linen/towel rental was easy. Loved that beach chairs, toys, and buggy were available. Outdoor showers were warm. Would recommend without hesitation.

Cape cod beach rental

Great beach rental! Typical double cottage, two units side by side, but very nicely done,renovated,larger kitchen area with sit at counter, full of utensils, house decorated, nice gas grill, nice outdoor shower, extra beach stuff(chairs, toys, cart, etc). Will definitely be going back.

Cute Beach Rental

The property is small but super cute and layed out well. Plenty of room for clothes in bedrooms with armoires in each. Comfortable & good sized living room with dining table and everything you need for kitchen supplies. You can see the beach from the beautiful front decks with large outdoor tables. The location is great, the main road has close restaurants and breakfast places and the beach is beautiful. Definitely recommend it!

Family reunion

Very well updated cottages. Every item you could need was available and owner was EXTREMELY responsive, Beach was very crowded for a private beach and security guard stated there’s not much he could do about people that didn’t belong that were there before he arrived and didn’t seem to be monitoring anything anyways but other than that the stay was perfect.

60th Birthday Celebration

The property was amazing. My guests and I felt very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. I rented both houses #19 . Both properties were designed beautifully. Each guest had their own room. Great views of the beach. Convenient to shopping, coffee cafes, and restaurants. Will definitely be renting again. 🍹⛱️⛵️

This property overall was fantastic. We had a group of 11, both adults and children. Be aware, there is no AC. It wasn’t a big deal at night, but during the day we were all quite warm. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed utensil/cookware wise. The bathrooms were a bit small but not anything crazy. The queen sized beds were very firm, so if you don’t like that be prepared for it. Although the photos make it seem like it is on the beach, it is not directly on the beach. It is about a 3 min walk down to the private beach. Overall everything was great.

Fantastic Family Getaway

The West Dennis house exceeded our expectations! Excellent location to private beach and many Cape experiences. Family of 11 mixed generations found having the duplex location was PERFECT! Early morning work house and vacation late sleepers all enjoyed. Beautiful, beach and comfortable!

This cottage has everything!!

This cottage literally has everything. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable, You can’t beat the location to the beach, well stocked with dishes, cups, silverware and everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The hosts thought of everything: books, games, beach chairs, kids toys, etc. can’t wait to rent this place again! Thanks for an awesome week!!

Great place for a big group

Booked the duplex for June 2020 for my family of 10 adults and then Covid hit - Matt was so awesome about letting me reschedule the trip first to Sept 2020 then to June 2021, and the wait was definitely worth it! The kitchens were fully stocked with all the dishes/equipment you could need (including lobster pots & crackers), the back yard was great with the fire pit and enough room for cornhole we brought. Loved sitting on the front decks where you could see the ocean and hear the waves crashing. Beach was beautiful - a very short walk and plenty of chairs are provided. Best thing about renting both sides was we were able to split the group between the 'early to bed, early to rise' folks and the 'play cards until 2am' folks and the way the bedrooms are positioned, no one was bothered. No a/c which is normally a concern for us, but with the ceiling fans and cross breezes we were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Great spot for family getaway!

We had a great time. The property was just as advertised with an awesome location right near the beach. We enjoyed the fire pit, clean webber grills, outdoor showers and lots of sleeping space. We would recommend for multiple families looking for a cape trip! Matt was very responsive and great to work with.

Lovely duplex just a block from the beach!

This duplex was so great, we'll definitely make this a regular stay for us. Great three bedroom with all the essentials (though no linens-per cape cod standard), games, full kitchen. Beach toys and chairs, backyard picnic tables and a firepit. Front porch gas grill and outdoor dining area. Really wonderful property wtih very responsive hosts.

Well-equipped and great location

We recently rented both sides of the duplex for a three generation family get together. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Here are a few highlights: The units are extremely clean and well equipped with beach gear, utensils, entertainment equipment, etc. Outdoor showers and faucets make post-beach clean up a snap. The location is great - just a 2min walk (or less) to a nice beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc are a short drive away. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The one qualifier I would point out is that the units are on the small side. They are very efficient in terms of making the most of the space, but the small sq footage simply means you will be seeing a lot of your fellow guests. This not a negative - just something to keep in mind.
