Great place!

The unit was clean and ready to go. We had what we needed to cook meals. Short ride to parks. Would stay here again.

Kissimmee stay

every thing was fine until 3 days ago they came by and painted around the door frame and when they did the molding got knocked loose and was hanging I reported that evening and when we left on Sunday it was still hanging and my next complaint is we had a mobile scooter renal place drop off the scooter on Saturday 3-18-2023 and had no problem but when they came back to pick it up on Sunday before we left the would not allow the driver on property said it was because he had a caro van with no windows , which he did have but the windows had their logo on them and they still said no so we had to drive the scooter all the way from

Check in was adequate, The carpet in the living area was not clean. We had to purchase a toaster as there was none. Placemats were very stained. The microwave was old and the door handle was broken. The master bedroom had no mattress pad, butwas covered with a plastic cover that made the bed uncomfortable and hot. The pillows were uncomfortable so we purchased some that we used on top of them. carpet was dirty

Everything was fine except security that is a terrible security Force they employ absolutely terribl

The property was very nice and certainly up grade the furniture I went to sit down on the chair and the bolts need to be tightened also how about getting an automatic can opener instead of a cheap Dollar store can opener that's certainly would help to open cans otherwise everything is fine Jane was wonderful very very helpful I want to say thank you to Jane

Not clean, carpet is filthy and apparently they dont change bed sheets

The first impression of this property was that the carpet was dirty with stains everywhere and pieces of snacks laying around. We also found pieces of chips and hair in the sheets of the master bedroom. Luckily we found them and didn't end up sleeping in filth. The communication with the property manager was quick but weird, she assumed that we should figure out ourselves where the main gate for the community is located, where to restart the WIFI so it works properly and when checking out asked for us to put the sheets in the laundry (we paid a cleaning fee that clearly is not being used properly by this management) -- they also asked for the renter to take out the trash to a dumpster that is 10 min walk from the property.

Hello Keith I am shocked at your report of the townhome as we had no communication from you during your stay that you were dissatisfied with the home. We are always more than happy to send our cleaning crew out for any issues in the home. I do tell you the road that has the gate main entrance on it and assume most guests put the address into their GPS. I explained if the Wifi was being slow to just unplug the back of the box for a reboot as which you did with no problems according to conversation with you? We do ask guests to place a load of laundry in the wash when leaving and provide laundry detergent to get the linens going, the cleaners go in as soon as you leave. It is guests responsibility to remove their trash from the home not the cleaners to remove bags of your own garbage, this has never been an issue with any other guests.
