Great house and location

Really enjoyed the property and how close it was to the beach and centrally located in AMI. One big change could make this the best property. New beds. All the beds were likely the lowest quality we have slept on. My wife ended up moving to the couch to sleep and I stayed in the master but often thought sleeping on the basement couch would be better. For a house that costs what this does, just invest in new mattresses with maybe a thin pillow top. Small upgrades make this a stellar rental.

Hi Joel, Thank you for your feedback, mattresses are highly subjective, and every guest has their own preference. If we started seeing multiple reviews mentioning the same issue, we would certainly look into it however, at this point we have not received any complaints, it just seems to be a matter of personal preference.
