Kick back and unwind in this calm, stylish studio. Lake Texoma can be seen from the studio and balcony. It's perfect for a single person or couple who enjoy stargazing at night and lake views during the day. It is not ideal for small children or animals. There is a fenced in back yard for your fur babies and they are allowed inside, but they need to be supervised on stairs or balcony. The 3 minute walk through the quiet lake front neighborhood and down a tranquil dirt trail framed by canopy of trees leads you to the lake front park only adds to the charm of this laid back home. Enjoy a firepit and cornhole outside. Relax in this modern style studio apartment. The unit is not kid friendly because of the steep outdoor stairs and balcony area.

Overall, this was a good place great views of the lake. The AC could have worked better it was a little warm, and the listing said there was a washer and dryer but there was not one. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time because we then had the expense of going to the laundromat.
