There were mistakes made on both our parts, I didn’t realize I didn’t add the correct amount of pets. When we got there it was not ready although they got it ready fairly quickly. It was listed as an entire house, but was only a basement. They did work with us on the amount of pets so we are grateful for that and they were very very nice. The basement was clean and the kids loved it.
