Heather and her family were absolutely wonderful guests! They communicated clearly, respected all the house rules, and left the home in spotless condition. It was such a pleasure hosting them, and I’d be more than happy to welcome Heather and her family back anytime. I highly recommend them to any future host!

This was our second stay at Charming House in Lodi, and it was just as wonderful as the first! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and chose this home again because of its prime location. There’s a beautiful walking path and park on one side and shopping, coffee, and restaurants on the other, making it so convenient. The house is clean, modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with exactly what you need and none of the clutter. Everything is thoughtfully organized and clearly labeled, which makes settling in so easy. Khoi is also a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with.We loved our stay and will definitely make this our go-to place whenever we return to Lodi!

Great Home in Lodi

Everything was perfect; the house felt secure and clean, kitchen is well equipped, the neighborhood is quiet, nice walking path with friendly neighbors. It was on the warmer side but the house stayed cool with plenty of natural light. Downtown Lodi is a short drive with cute coffee shops, boutiques, thrift shops and lunch options. Khoi is communicative and we had zero problems. If I’m ever in the area I would stay here again, highly recommended!
