Charming golf course home in Tempe, everything you need for a relaxing stay

You’re close to everything when you stay at this Tempe home. It’s 10 minutes from the airport; 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix or South Scottsdale.

La Rosa in Tempe features 3 bedroom/2 bath split floor plan layout. There is a King or queen memory foam bed in all rooms. A large dining table fits everyone. Plenty of gathering space. Wet bar with Keurig style and conventional coffee makers. Complimentary coffee is provided. Enjoy yard games on a large artificial turf area. Backyard amenities include a four-hole putting green, ping-pong table, 6 burner propane grill, and outdoor dining table. This house is located on the 10th fairway of the Ken McDonald golf course and is walking distance to the clubhouse/restaurant and practice facilities which includes putting and chipping greens and driving range. Also, in the neighborhood is a YMCA which has a weight/fitness room and Olympic pool which can be accessed for a daily use fee. The house has three TVs including a 75-inch TV in the living room that's great for movies and sports. Guests have access to premium cable and local channels via the YouTube TV app which is accessible on any of the TVs throughout the house. Connect your devices and enjoy high-speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, baking sheet/dish, cutting boards, common utensils, crockpot, blender, toaster, and more. Come relax but enjoy the conveniences of being at home. There are two driveway parking spots with additional parking available on the street. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage.

House Rules:

City ordnance enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any incurred fines associated with violations will be assessed to guests. Strictly no parties or events. If a party is noticed, the reservation will be canceled by VRBO. Additional cleaning costs will be assessed which start at $300.

Guests are not permitted to use the golf course without a tee time, except for designated practice areas.

This is a self check-in property that uses an electronic door code with a keypad for entry. By booking, guests confirm they have the ability to receive and follow check-in instructions without on-site assistance.

Do not rearrange furniture. If cleaners must rearrange furniture, additional fees ranging between $25 - $50 per item, depending on size, will be assessed.

No smoking, including vaping, in the house. If a guest smokes in the house, or excess cleaning is required for any other reason, an additional fee of $400 will be assessed for damage and cleaning.

Check out is at 11 AM unless given explicit permission for later check out. Guests will be charged a $50 fee if checking out more than 30 minutes after the check out time. If a guest checks out more than 2 hours after the check out time, they will be charged for an additional night plus any refunds to the guest checking in that day. Any trip extensions must be confirmed with the host and must be requested 24 hours before check out to confirm availability.
