Room smaller than it looks in pictures. There was a fairly bad smell of cigarette smoke. It was suppose to be a non smoking building.

Property as described. Very convenient location. Heat system extremely quiet. No outside noises or noises from other apartments. Be aware that it is an old building with narrow stairs and high stare steps. Will consider staying again.
