Our stay was great. Location is 10/10. Waking distance to many restaurants and boardwalk. You walk out of rental and beach is right there and its not crowded. Thursday nights there are fireworks which you can see from your balcony. Honroble mentions: parking in the back of rental, outdoor shower,storage for your beach stuff downstairs, pet fiendly. Highly recommended, will book again

Cute, clean beach-front with overachieving A/C

Nice place with great view of the ocean. Cute retro refrigerator and matching microwave in bebop blue. A/C is very powerful - we had to duck under the covers when it came on at night as it nearly blew the sheets off the bed! If you like a strong A/C this place is for you.

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The condo is in a great location close to boardwalk, restaurants, stores etc. The view of the beach is great. It's a simple older condo at a good off season price. The heavy 4' sliding glass door did not roll easily, made balcony access a struggle. Window frames weren't clean, sleeping with open windows not an option. Hopefully the owner resolved these issues. Overall happy with the stay

Our favorite place

Because our oldest attends UNCW, we've stayed at a lot of places. This was our favorite so far. Not only did they accommodate dogs (with a very reasonable rate) but it was close to the boardwalk, Publix, and restraunts. The only reason it's not 5 stars (I wish I could do a half star) is because one of our boys said the sleeper sofa wasn't super comfortable but also dark blackout curtains would be nice in the bedroom and living room. The owners were very quick to respond and we'll definitely be going back! We loved the view, location, decor, and so much more!
