Cozy 1-bedroom condo in charming Carolina Beach just steps to the sand!
Relax in this one bedroom, one bath condo. Sleeps 4 or 5. King bed, pull out sofa bed & twin XL rollaway. Less than 2 min walk from stairs to sand. Breathtaking views of the ocean on the spacious front porch with spectacular views of the marsh from the back porch. It also has a beautiful Community Pool right on the marsh (pool is open May 1-October). The condo is positioned just steps from one of our favorite spots, the Carolina Beach Pier, with its full-service bar and grill as well as several public beach accesses.
Stay Requirements: Five-night min rental in Summer. Minimum two-night stay other seasons.
Note: there are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all your necessities, also including crockpot, air fryer, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and ninja creami.
All your beach needs are included: sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach/pool towels.
2 adult bikes are included, located in our personal on site storage room.
Wifi and cable TV included
