We had a fantastic stay! The condo was great, had everything we needed. The communication was excellent. Spent a week with family experiencing fabulous weather, dolphin watching, shell hunting….all in a place that felt like home. We plan to return next year!

Our Host was very nice and helpful. The Condo was neat and lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and the view from the Condo was amazing as we looked out at white sandy beach and beautiful blue Gulf.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo on the Gulf. The location is hard to beat—just steps from the beach and some of the best shelling you'll find anywhere in Florida. Sanibel Island is incredibly peaceful, relaxing, and full of natural beauty.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed to feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a beach vacation, this is the perfect place to stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sanibel Island.

I’m not one for gimmicky reviews, but this place deserves one. This condo is in a well-kept beachside property with a great view and beach access. We saw manatees and dolphins in the water during our week-long stay with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys provided. The condo itself is clean, has no odor, is tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and has a great three-bedroom layout for larger families. Our family had no complaints and would love to stay in this location again on our next trip to Sanibel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Sanibel. The layout of the condo gave a breathtaking view of the ocean with only palm trees, flocks of spoonbills and green grass in between. The king bed overlooking the ocean was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I woke up every morning to beautiful beach views, palm trees blowing in the wind and breathtaking sunrises. The artwork had the interior decorator touch. The large comfortable sectional in the living area also had the same views. Plenty of beach equipment in the closet on the ground floor. The Lanai was a joy with great seating at each end and a table with ceiling fan in the middle. But most of all, intuitively, I felt a calm peacefulness that was palpable during our entire stay. I would attribute this to the efforts of David and his wife, who were unbelievably helpful at every turn. A person like David who truly cares for others is rare. We were lucky enough to find him.

Check in was easy - just as stated in the prearrival instructions. My wife and the other couple we traveled with enjoyed ourselves immensely on Sanibel Island as the weather was near perfect. The condo was most comfortable and allowed easy access to enjoy the beach, the pool, shopping and the several great restaurant's along with our favorite spot - for what seemed to be our daily trip to "The Shack" for frozen custard.We will certainly consider booking your condo on our next trip to Sanibel Island.Dennis T

Fantastic condo

Beautiful condo with great amenities. We stayed for a week and enjoyed everything the condo had to offer. Super host and easy to communicate with. I have stayed at many condos on Sanibel over the years. One of the nicest condos we have stayed at. Highly recommended!
