We live next door to the Beach House - the 2 houses are on an acre of property, but private to each other. Fantastic stay at the beach house. Peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very communicative and friendly, but also gave us total privacy. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable! Highly recommend!
The house is beautiful, the surroundings serene. It made for a wonderfully relaxing 4 days. So much to see from the deck including the ferry to Denman Island across the way. Playful seals kept us entertained just off the beach, where we had a fire in the fure pit

Thanks Bradley. We are so pleased that you had a lovely relaxing time. We love where we live and are happy to be able to share the experience. There are always plenty of wild life watching opportunities, we see seals, sea lions and bald eagles on a regular basis and occasionally Orcas and Pacific White-Sided Dolphins. Once in a while a Humpback Whale passes by! One of our favourite trips to take with our friends is a Wildlife Adventure Tour, departing from Comox or Campbell River.
We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. Amazing waterfront location and greenspace made it easy to keep kids entertained. Views were spectacular and it was such a quiet and relaxing locating with the sounds of the creek down the side of the propery. Perfect stay with everything we needed, including a travel crib. Highly recommend!
Loved the location. Felt isolated, but close to highway access and all the near major towns. Lots of cutlery and kitchen options including blender, oyster shucker, and BBQ. Patio had seating for all. Separate bedroom for the kids with their own bathroom on their own floor was a lifesaver for any parent. As a parent, the washer and dryer was a huge help. In all, we enjoyed our whole week and at a reasonable price. We appreciate that there was a binder with lots of information, which is how we fould Fanny Oysters so close for raw oysters. If we ever find ourselves on the island again, we will be staying here. If we know someone going to the island, will recommend.

What a great spot! A beautiful property close to so much. We spent our days skiing at Mt Washington then relaxing by the beach. Super clean and comfortable.

We live next door to the Beach House (the 2 houses are on the same property, but private to each other) and look after all our bookings and deal with our guests directly. We are originally from the UK and emmigrated to Canada in 1992 where we lived in Alberta for 10 years before moving out to the coast!

It is perfectly located to explore central and northern Vancouver Island. If you like hiking, golfing, skiing, boating, kayaking, biking, swimming, fishing, beach combing, caving, mountaineering etc (the list goes on) - this is the place to be!

Waterfront, on an acre of land, private location. Courtenay and Comox are just 15 minutes away along the very scenic coastal highway. Mt Washington Alpine Resort and Strathcona Provisional Park are just a 30 minute drive away. Horne Lake Caves are just down the road, Campbell River (great whale watching tours) is just up the road. Cumberland with all its fantastic bike trails is only 10 minutes away and is a funky, vibrant village.
