Welcome to High Bank! This fully private river-front property features 3 tiny cabins located in Noel, MO on the most peaceful and untouched stretch of the Elk River, yet it's still so close to all the action and floating outfitters. It’s also just a short 35min drive to Bentonville, AR, and its surrounding areas. It's a perfect getaway for friends and family to gather and enjoy time together all while having your own, private tiny cabin to escape to.

Come experience the magic of High Bank, where the riverfront meets relaxation and adventure!

High Bank is a 3 acre, riverfront property that guests have full access to. On the property are 3 tiny cabins that can accommodate 2 guests. They all have their own, private bedroom, full bathroom, living space, kitchenette and unique personality. Please see below description for each cabin:

The Patsy:
Our 330 SQ FT. tiny cabin with a moody, speakeasy vibe
The Betty:
Our 330 SQ FT. tiny cabin with a free-spirit, bohemian feel
The Floy:
Our 330 SQ FT, tiny cabin with a serene, modern-farm house style

Each Cabin includes:
A private patio with BBQ gas grill, seating for two and a smokeless firepit stocked with fire starters, lighter and wood. Additional firewood is provided at the game area.

Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchenette, offering a very spacious sink, mini fridge with freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and hot plate cook top for your cooking needs. Coffee pods, sugar, creamer, salt, and pepper as well as BBQ seasonings and olive oil are provided.

The bedroom is outfitted with a cozy king size bed, luggage and clothing storage, smart TV and remote-control blackout blinds for your added comfort.
