Absolutely stunning cabin and many great memories made with family and friends. Super spacious with lots of fun things for the kids to do. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Very nice cabin with plenty of space. We had 8 adults and had more than enough room to do things. House was very clean and the surrounding woods were fun to walk around in.

As always we enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The home is clean and inviting. Mr. Craig is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. We love to stay here and are looking forward to our next visit.
Family floated the elk river and this house was the perfect location to noel missouri. Beautiful home, but preferrably adults. Lots for kids to get hurt by. Wonderful place to stay.
This was a great home to hold our large family. The space was great, and the location to float the Elk was perfect. The exterior could use someone to clean up the spiderwebs and leaves, couldn’t really enjoy the deck without walking into one.
We had a great stay. The house was more than what we expected. The property manager Tim was great, he came as soon as we figured out the WiFi was not working and brought a portable one for us to use while we were there. We will definitely be back to stay at this property!

From the owner: "Thanks, Charyn, for your review. I agree, Tim is great! I'm glad everything worked out."
We went to Crystal Bridges one day. Went to a couple of antique stores. Not a lot else to get in to, but we had projects to work on and time to catch up. We came prepared to cook our meals.

Beautiful Cabin……
Let me start by saying the cabin was beautiful and the location is peaceful and quiet! I was a quest at this cabin for a get together for a special occasion. There where some issues of concerns but you could tell that no one had been in the cabin for a while before we arrived and there was cleaning that had to be done before we could even do anything and prepare for our event.
This was a Ladies trip for five old high school friends reconnecting. We had a blast! Thankfully we had noticed the fairly steep walkway to the house and brought a collapsible wagon to help getting stuff to and from the cabin. Beautiful cabin and loved the artwork. Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Could have used a few more towels and a few less bugs, but nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone in our group gave the overall stay a thumbs up!
We were in the area for a wedding in Gravette at Twin Falls. Perfect complimentary location. This was the closest place with plenty of beds for our family. Once we got past the malfunctioning gate with the help of the property contact it was smooth sailing (was fixed within the next day). Loved the cabin! Spacious and comfortable. The pool table downstairs was perfect for us to unwind after two days of wedding prep and ceremony. Great kitchen for family breakfast. Wonderful wrap around and multi-level deck for those of us who enjoy a peaceful early morning coffee. Highly recommend! Note: Not suitable for those unstable on their feet—it is a cabin, you cannot pull the car right up to it.
Properly was great other than tremendous spider webs everywhere, trash below the deck (not ours), 1 chair on lower back deck was unsafe to use and a long distance from parking to the cabin. Not a big deal accept maybe an easier path for rolling luggage and coolers would be perfect. Instructions were to leave the comforters on the beds astrip everything else. This should be posted online. They should be washed after every patron leaves but it only tells you that on the Instructions on the fridge after you arrive. Meaning the comforters you are going to be sleeping with have not been washed/sanitized.

POSITIVES:I rented this property for family coming in for a wedding. It is spacious, secluded and located within 30 minutes of XNA airport, Bentonville, Bella Vista, Siloam Springs, Rogers, Grove, OK, Missouri state line.... lots of places to visit & see. The house is absolutely beautiful. The location feels like you are away from civilization in a perfect, private, hidden cabin in the woods - you hear the soothing sound of a babbling brook off of both decks. You hear & see squirrels, deer, critters running about in the leaves under the trees. Large kitchen for meals, family gatherings, game time, socializing. The house is comfortable, feels homey yet upscale. Lots of room to spread out. The bedrooms are substantial, game area upstairs, tv's, fireplaces, pool table, the 2 story outside wrap around porches are huge. Manager - Tim Craig answers all questions immediately. NEGATIVES:The site says "Step Free Access & Suitable for Elderly". My 83-year-old Father-in-Law came, he uses a cane so we made sure he was never alone when coming or going. There are 19 long steps made from wood and rock. The wood is cracking, uneven and unstable, the solar lights do not work so the path is extremely dark at night. Bright lights should automatically turn on at dusk. The decks need a good power washing and should be cleared of the multitude of spider webs before guest arrive. Even though this is in the woods, the decks should be cleaned & ready for guests.

Thank you so much for our points. I am checking into the pathway lights. I previously had electrical path lights but that area does get some pretty bad storms and I've had many fuses blown and just recently (2 years ago) switched to solar lights. If it was overcast, they do not function. I apologize for that and am aware of how dark it gets. I realize the trash is a hassle, but that is out of my control. If the trash is left outside for too long it attracts too many animals otherwise I would agree with you. As far as your other points, I've got sent them to Tim to check up on. Thank you for your stay. Hopefully you would consider a visit again in the future.
Beautiful large cabin set back in thick woods and very secluded.
Plenty of space for 8 adults and a couple kids.
It has everything needed to live comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked so making meals was easy.
The wrap-around deck made for great access to views of the woods but it is a bit dirty and could use some washing and sweeping.
Access to the cabin from the parking area is a little steep and inconvenient and not recommended if you have difficulty walking or have strength issues.
We were surprised that there was no place on the property to discard the trash. We were required to leave the property and drive down the road a half mile to the dumpster. It was the opposite direction we needed to go. Would have been nice if the dumpster was at the gate entrance. Wasn't a big deal but wanted to mention it since fairly high service fees are invoiced.
We have family in Gravette, AR so it was nice having a comfortable place to stay while visiting.

Roomy and Cabiny feel
We stayed 4 nights with extended family and enjoyed the beautiful home. It was clean, spacious with beautiful cabin furniture and quiet area. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels.. The front path is lighted which is super nice and that isn’t shown in the pictures online. It was a very nice stay and felt comfortable and cozy. The air conditioning was wonderful because it was over 100° each day. The arcade game was super fun. Other simple games were there as well like scrabble. Tim was always helpful and prompt when we had some questions. Loved the home. Thank you.
This was the perfect place for our family to share a graduation from University of Arkansas. Check In was so easy and it was very clean. Beautiful inside and all the blankets made it so comfy. Beautifully decorated and all the extras were perfect! Just bring your food and it's literally all you need. 5 Stars.
We literally just went to get away for a few days and relax. This property fit the bill to a T!!!! There’s not a lot to do in the area but that worked out great because we just vegetated at this beautiful and comfortable home and relaxed. House was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We will be back, In fact we are already planning our next trip back.
Good experience overall. A large, 4 bedroom house accommodating 8 of us should have a coffee pot that makes more than 1 cup at a time. Lots of time and energy wasted making individual cops. Also, the house needs a dishwasher that works. Had to wash dishes by hand.

Hi Bob, we're glad you enjoyed your stay overall! We followed with the homeowner, and they wanted to share the following: "We're sorry that you had issues with operating the dishwasher. We haven't had that issue with any other guests, and our cleaning team has double-checked that the dishwasher is working properly. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to help!"
We stayed at the cabin with some friends for the weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, and we loved the decks. Some of us stayed at the cabin the whole time, while others enjoyed a morning trip to Bentonville. There was plenty to do! We had a few questions come up during our stay and they were answered very quickly. Highly recommend this property!
