Achtung! KEIN Apartment, sondern nur ein Zimmer in einer sehr hellhörigen drei Zimmer-Wohnung!!Die Lage ist top und der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit. Aus dem Inserat geht aber nicht klar hervor, dass es sich nur um ein Zimmer handelt und das Bad mit WC und Küche mit anderen Gästen zu teilen sind. Es ist sauber, von der Ausstattung her aber sehr minimalistisch. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn Preis das wichtigste Kriterium ist, dann eine gute Lösung. Möchte man mit Komfort und Ruhe ein paar schöne Tage in der Stadt verbringen, dann sucht etwas anderes!
