Tina's Place. A charming 2-bedroom brick house in downtown Denver.
Adorable historic home in one of downtown Denver's oldest residential neighborhoods. House was built in 1895! Great neighborhood for walking, especially if you like seeing the oldest homes in Denver on your way to the variety of restaurants and coffee shops in RiNo and 5 Points neighborhoods. Since the street is one-way traffic with a bike lane, it's pretty luxurious compared to other streets downtown. Overall this is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood.
The front of the house has a nice sized living room which is open to a large dining area. Two bedrooms are side by side near the dining area. The bathroom is centrally located with a walk-in shower, toilet and single vanity. Each bedroom has its own closet for clothing storage. The kitchen is toward the back of the house, where there is a sun room with dedicated desk/printer area. There is a stacking washer/dryer in the sun room as well.
Tina's Place is downtown, so expect to hear the sounds of the city. The neighbors are close, as expected for downtown living. The house was built in 1895. While it has been modernized, it still has the charm and character (and squeaks and creaks) of a really old house!
