Everything was good for the most part. Clean, quiet and comfortable temps. Ceiling fans should be dusted and the bunk beds were very squeaky when sitting on it as was tossing & turning Host should mark keys so renters know which key is for which doorsI would rent again

This rental was perfect! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the convention center, boardwalk, and tons of great restaurants. The place was super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable and inviting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

3 day stay

We stayed here for a wrestling event, and the location was perfect. The place was clean, spacious, and overall very comfortable. Parking a large Escalade was a little tight, but we had no issues using the available off-street parking. Trash pickup happens twice a week. Since we arrived Thursday evening, we didn’t have any garbage or recycling to set out on Friday. Before leaving on Sunday, we placed our trash in the garage bins; one was nearly full, and I had to rearrange the recycling a bit to fit ours in. It wasn’t a big deal, but it might be helpful to remind incoming guests to check the garbage bins when they arrive. I only mention it because I didn’t think to check when we first got there. Overall, we had a great stay and I’m already planning to book again!

Good location!

We had to do the cleaning upon arrival. There was dirt over the palm of the ventilators, sand on the floor and on the rugs. My husband found out later than the vaccum cleaner was block from long ago. When we arrive, the five of us cleaned every where we have to use with baby et naps we found in the appartement. There was a humidity door in one bathroom. One night, we had to call the owner because there was 2 cm of water on the floor of this bathroom coming from the condo above us. The condo was well furnished and it was easy to talk to the owner. It lacks of a big annual cleaning of the place. We prefer to pay for the cleaning than do it by ourselves. The garage was appreciated and the location is wonderful.

Great Location with multiple beds and a garage

The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were great for 6 people. Location was great and in walking distance to many items. Having a large garage was nice and the deck was comfortable to sit out on. We did encounter a few negatives in the place. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher we needed when we arrived and had to clean them ourselves. We were told the lounger was destroyed by the previous guest (I checked in on 9/5) and the owner was working on replacing it but then no word after check in. It was apparently under warranty and they were working on getting another one. Destroyed as in the leather was completely ripped up. I understand things like that happen, but the owner did not compensate us for less furniture nor did they provide an additional temporary seat. This lead us with only having seating for 5 when we were 6 people in the family room and most were large adult males where we could not just fit another person on the couch. The lighting in the kitchen was not great but we managed. The kitchen was fully stocked with the pots and pans we needed for cooking and enough plates and cups, which was nice. It is a personal preference, but the beds were uncomfortable to us as they were very hard. Most also were very squeaky. When one person rolled the other person in the room woke up in the 2 queen rooms. Not a bad place for the price and if you do not mind multiple keys to get into the garage door, the hallway door, and the actual condo.

Tout près de la plage et près des activitées, le proprio a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. L'appartement est bien équipé et 3 salles de bain pour 6 personnes est un atout. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et il y a de l'eau chaude en abondance. Les salles de bain étaient bien propre mais la porte patio a besoin d'un petit ménage. Nice condo. Well loved/used, but close to the boardwalk. Listing was very accurate and owner was great. We had an issue with the front door lock and the owner addressed it the next day.

Very disappointed.

I was not happy with this rental. There was alot of broken/old furniture, washer/dryer, kitchen counter and floor. We found ants in the house and roaches all over our items in the garage. This was not worth what we paid for and pictures are deceiving. Washer/dryer closet smells like mold too. Hope to be compensated for personal items that were covered in ants and roaches.

The check in process was very simple and straight forward. Very nice and easy to reach owner. The property itself was perfect for my friends and I, and was definitely a place I would stay again. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk/beach and is perfect because you are pretty much center of town. The place was very clean when we got there, and it was surprisingly very spacious. All of us agreed that the beds were very comfortable. I was also surprised that there were 3 full bathrooms which came in very handy, and the hot water worked for all of them even with them all on at same time. This place was perfect for me and my friends, but I’d also say it would be great for family.

Wildwood condo stay

I think it should be known that the parking garage is small and narrow. Hard to fit a van. Wish we had known about getting street parking passes ahead of time. We didn't go many places because of hardness of getting into garage . Otherwise great place to stay and easy to contact owner. Would recommend.
