We enjoyed our visit to this property. We have two dogs and they really liked the fenced area. The house was cute and there was a tv in each room. We would stay again.

Check-in was very easy with the code, location is perfect - close to town but also tucked away! Everything was clean and well-appointed, will absolutely be booking again when in Boone! Lovely spot!

Cleanliness - inside was great. A couple of spiders. The outside needs attention: tall grass, dirty furniture, cobwebs, screens/windows, dirty cooler, etc..Well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen. Well organized. Home is simply decorated, not cluttered and seems mostly remodeled/new.Wonderfully quiet.Condition of items - 1 window wouldnt open, family room fan didnt work, parts of the washer rusted and sounds like its about to die. Personally, I'd freshen up the outdoor cushions and furniture. So much effort was put into the inside and it seems like they just ran out of money or effort to finish the outside well.Lawn needed to be mowed in the fenced area.Note - gravel driveway is steep and rutted out pretty bad.

This is a great unit, especially for families where you can have some separation and two different living areas plus it had great outdoor areas. The front porch is darling and the deck is nice together on and the unit was very well. Stopped with everything that you would need including a crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, and lots of little extras like shampoo and deodorant just a lot of odds and ends in case you left something at home. We were very comfortable and we had a nice family vacation. The home is very close to Boone and lots of restaurants and groceries etc…

This was the perfect house and location for my family’s short visit to Boone. Very centrally located, great outdoor space to enjoy a beverage (with all the various glasses one would need for a beverage :-), comfy beds and thoughtful touches (like placing a label with the wifi password on the TV’s), made for a lovely stay. Will definitely be staying here again!
