Great little spot for a small group! We had 4 adults and 1 child with us and it was good for a long weekend getaway. We stayed Friday and left Monday morning. Located in a great spot as well, where you're easily near stores, food, beach.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! The location was absolutely perfect - close to town, shops, the beach, and great restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and with great amenities - the beds were so comfy! Paige was a great host and proactive on communications. Recommend highly for anyone looking for a great place to stay in South Kingstown.

Cozy beach cottage getaway!

My husband and I had the best time on our anniversary getaway to Rhode Island! The cottage was adorable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the extra touches such as the RI version of monopoly the host provided. The house was very close to many beaches and restaurants. It was in a great area! Definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat! Any questions we had the host answered very quickly and thoroughly and also provided many helpful recommendations for activities and food. Highly recommended!!

Very cozy and comfy place. Air conditioned, full kitchen, perfect for 2 bedrooms. Communication good. The only very minor issue I had was the walk in shower. The lip on the bottom was almost non existent, so water would spill all over the bathroom floor while taking a shower and so we had to place towels there. But the toilet brush was also in that corner and so although solve-able and minor, was a little thing we didn’t like. Otherwise, fantastic place.
