Welcome to the Lobster House! Central A/C! 1.5 miles to the beach!!

Welcome to the Lobster house in the quaint area of Greenhill/Ocean Ridge. This perfect little beach house is a quick bike ride to the beach and has all the amenities to make your stay this summer wonderful! The lobster house is equipped with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. Brand new kitchen with seating for 8-10, (pics coming soon) big beautiful, quiet back yard equipped with firepit, yard games, and other amenities. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Lovely stay at the lobster house. It had everything we needed and the owners were extremely communicative. It was in a great little neighborhood, close to all the things we wanted to do and I loved the beach pass to the local beach which was a nice beach compared to some of the more crowded ones.

Nice location with a beach pass to the town beach which was very nice. The house is big enough to accommodate a large family. The patio was a relaxing spot to spend time together, we enjoyed the games provided!

Beautiful Home! Close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay! The beach is less than 5 mins away and very clean. We had children with us there is a lot of things for them to do as well. Would love to return soon.

The Lobster House

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Lobster House! We arrived late in the evening, and the house was so welcoming with lights, AC, fans and even a candle, battery operated of course :) Great location, close to beaches and restaurants. Great outdoor spaces, quiet neighborhood. We had a great time, thanks Jayne and Matt!

End of summer beach getaway

From start to finish, our stay exceeded our expectations. The house is adorable and everything was so organized! Bedrooms are perfect sizes and can comfortably accommodate 10+ people. Location is in great proximity to restaurants, beaches and adult/kid activities. We had an amazing trip and would highly recommend to anyone!!

Perfect Spot

This rental was perfect for a beach get away to celebrate the end of school. It is larger than the pictures show and there was plenty of room. The backyard was spacious and there was even a outdoor shower!
