This fully renovated studio is sure to make your stay memorable by offering the perfect amenities and location in Fargo. It has a brand new kitchen and bathroom, mid century modern furniture, memory foam mattress, and high end bed linens. This apartment is located in a quite neighborhood close to Sanford, Bethany, and downtown Fargo. This apartment promises to be your home-away-from home while you stay in our little city!
The space
Enjoy this spacious studio with full kitchen, dining area, and private bath.
We allow pets to join you in the unit but we ask that you be mindful of their behavior and to treat this place as you would you own house. There is a deposit on this unit if you're joined by your pet that will only be applied if we feel it is necessary to cover damage or extreme cleaning issues. We ask that you not allow your pets on the furniture or the bed during their stay. Per Fargo's ordinance, all pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be disposed of properly.
Free laundry is provided on site.
