These guests noticed the privilege of having their "own" vacation home and private pool (not having to share with other guests) - and staying at "The Meadow Woods Home"!!! Yes, the neighborhood has a great "neighborhood watch", too!

Nice house

This house was perfect for what we needed. There was some upkeep issues but with price and location we could live with it. Enjoyed our stay.

Yes, this guest reported a toilet seat - which was detached and a shower curtain what was ripped. My management probably just "oversaw" these 2 things during their "walk-through". I reported the 2 "complaints" to them as soon as the guest let me know about it. My management is very reliable and usually repair reports like this within the next day, but couldn´t get in touch of the guests during their stay. So - they took care of it right after they departed. The guests were still happy with everything and enjpyed themselves!
