Close to subways, food, pubs and bodegas. Felt safe and comfortable and the place was clean. Nice shower facilities. Some confusion checking in but the contact was available and helpful when needed. Would stay there again

It was a decent stay for what we wanted to do. Very welcoming for my wife and I. They did not mention there was not an elevator and it’s on the 4th floor. So be prepared for that. Breaker went out in the middle of the night during the winter and no breaker box in the room. So they were nice enough to come and fix that for us around 1 am.

Works, but not quite right
When I showed up to the VRBO the neighborhood was a little rough but its workable enough for a single guy. Space I stayed in did not look like the photos, but it had a bed, kitchenette, TV, desk and table. AC was included but tucked away in the closet and you had to hook it up yourself.

Regarding the A/C unit, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. It was stored in the closet due to an unusually long winter, and we missed the timing to reinstall it before your arrival. That’s on us, and we’ve since addressed it to make sure it’s ready and in place for all future guests.
We also appreciate your note about the photos and overall presentation—we’re reviewing the listing to ensure everything is accurately represented moving forward.
