This house is in the perfect location for walking anywhere in the village. Furnishings are comfortable and it has a large kitchen. The gardens are beautiful too. Host was very responsive.

Very nice home in a perfect location to enjoy the village and the headlands. Good communications with manager from start to finish. Beautiful gardens.Well stocked kitchen but bring your own spices and oils and such Kitchen is ready for your cooking

We had a wonderful time at Madeira House! First time there and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was as described and even better in person. The rooms felt roomy with the high ceilings and there is good separation with the bedrooms and bathrooms on different floors. Kitchen is well equipped. Dining Room and Living Room can easily hold 6 people. You’re right in town but on a back street so it’s quiet. We watched a few episodes of “Murder She Wrote” on the big screen TV. The house is similar and several shows were shot in Mendocino. Good fun!
