From sunrise to sunset the home offers incredible views of all the activity at Rye Harbor along with the bordering conservation marshland teeming with wildlife. You might even see a snowy owl perched upon the rooftop. Centrally located, just 15 min South of historic Portsmouth downtown shops/restaurants and 15 min North of Hampton Beach.
