We totally enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The back yard is large as well. The house was large enough for us. Could use more utensils forks,butter knives etc. house was just how it looked in pictures. Had an issue with the dryer, took along time to dry towels. Hoping to rent this house again next year.

The home was beautiful, pool and jacuzzi were clean and lovely. The outdoor shower had amazing water pressure and a variety of features. The house is spacious and the apps to control the speakers and lights were easy to use. Communication could have been better. We were unable to reach the owner via phone prior to and during the stay, when finally getting in touch through the app he mentioned having issues with his phone. The listing stated beach chairs and bikes are available so we did not bring our own. We were only notified after reaching out during our stay that these things were in fact not available. We would have brought our own if we had known. We enjoy riding around town each summer so this was a bummer. Also for those who may come with kids or easily offended there are quite a few photos and large artwork with profanity.

The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, it was also spacious just as the title says. The yard was great there was an amazing grass area large enough for the kids to romp, pay frisbee and football. The pool was clean, warm & wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen, on the deck, in the pool and yard. wonderful family vacation house. the CAVAETS - 3 weeks prior to check in instead of info through VRBO I was told to give my email to the homeowner for the check in info that way. I still had time to cancel but of course everything would be booked & we'd be out vacation the *Grandkids* were all excited about. I didn't even think VRBO allowed contact outside of them & blocked every time I tried to provide email. I've NEVER signed a contract outside of VRBO with more house rules. Somehow the owner got my email, contacted me and it all worked thank God, but I was unnerving. Also anyone with kids there are pictures & artwork all over the walls with the F word/profanities. (Winston Chruchill giving the middle finger) Most in our crew thought it funny but some were really offended/upset, leaving me feeling awful and like I needed to cover things up or move them. I feel a need to mention it because no where in the contract does it mention this, just if you want things moved to let them know. I'd love to return because the house was great, but I'm not sure if those upset would return. Holly

I moved to the US from London 20 years ago and was grinding away in NYC until I visited Point Pleasant/Bay Head and fell in love with the place.

Why they chose this property

It’s a great place to be year round with lots to do and see, especially in the summer. The beach is a short walk and the boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions are close too.
My street is quiet and picturesque and the neighbors are great and friendly and helpful.

What makes this property unique

The back yard is particularly large for the area with plenty of space to run around or just sit and relax.
