Come stay in our peaceful waterfront townhome ( 1 of 3 units ) in Punta Gorda Isles with outdoor pool, great views, boat dock in a peaceful location. The residence was updated in February, 2022 along with all new furnishings. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a patio off the master bedroom. Downstairs has the living area with a 1/2 bath.. Relax next to the pool with views of the canal as boats go by. Fishermen will enjoy fishing from the dock. Enjoy the Florida life style with all the amenities of downtown Punta Gorda, Fisherman's Village & Marina and local parks. Attractions include award winning beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, evening live music, golf, miles of biking & walking trails. Conveniently located near U.S. 41 and I-75 to explore new adventures.

Quiet, comfortable townhome in walking friendly neighborhood. Close to downtown and good restaurants. The pool is lovely and overlooks the canal. Home is equipped with all you need for a wonderful stay. Beds are very comfortable and furniture in the living room is cozy! Owners are easy to reach and are attentive. I had a great 2 month stay and will be returning next year!
