Stayed over New Years and couldn’t have been happier. The property allows easy access to town and the trail system. The home is beautifully done and very comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the living room was comfy for movie nights. Sara was very kind and helpful for our stay! We would recommend and would love to come back and visit. Ouray is an amazing place!

My husband and I LOVE to travel. We've been all over the world, with our two children, and hope to continue traveling until we take our last breath. We purchased our home in Ouray 3 years after falling in love with the San Juan Mountains. The area reminds us of the Alps! The scenery is stunning and it calls you back. We've created a special vacation home and want to share with people from around the globe. We currently reside in Austin, TX, but visit Ouray often and our local Co-Host in Ouray keeps an eye on things and helps out.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood in Ouray because it's quiet yet still close to everything (one mile from town). We have gorgeous views of the steep mountains but the streets are flat and easy to navigate. The River Trail is across the street and perfect for exercise or walking to town.

What makes this property unique

It's a gorgeous home that was built in 2021. Modern finishes and tons of light. The living room/dining area is large and can easily accommodate family gatherings. High-end furniture was selected for comfort and style. The Kitchen has everything you need for cooking/baking/entertaining. The bathrooms are luxurious. We love the two covered porches for enjoying the views. Everyone says how comfortable they feel in the home and we agree.
