The beauty of this property is it's LOCATION and privacy. The property is North of Placencia Village, about a 20 minute walk on the beach to access the Placencia Village sidewalk that runs through the center of the village, 10 minute bike ride, or 2 minutes by Taxi. Easy to walk to the airstrip from the house (5 minutes max) and call or catch a Taxi from Maya Island terminal...(which also has air conditioning for your wait if necessary). Taxis can deliver you to the doorstep on return. The location allows quick access to the village, but your own yard and property for seclusion and quiet when you desire, without the noise of the village area. Complete grocery store on the road, at the North end of the village. Wonderful caretaker and family on property. Security doors.

Sleeps 2 to 6 depending on sleeping arrangements. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed. one with queen bed. 2 futons that open for twin beds. 1 concrete sleeping platform makes into spare bed. Complete kitchen; coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave. 'On demand' gas hot water. Artesian well water, safe to drink from the tap! Family friendly house with private tropical garden; Orchids, Palms, Butterflies, Iguanas and birds. Thatched private porch with gates from front door of house. ....240ft. sandy beach beyond garden. Beach towels. Chairs at beach. Many books, checkers and chess. Cable TV. Game table. AC and 2 floor fans. Windows will open to garden/porch area if not using AC. Caretakers on site for any questions. Laundry & additional housekeeping service for fee. Fresh towels and sheets are available. Rent a Belize cell phone on arrival at Belize International. BTL office across parking area, ask at airport. BZ cell phones are inexpensive and handy for calling taxis, tour operators, and communicating while in the village. Grocery store and bank within a mile. Many restaurants in village and peninsula. Fishing guides, Tour Guides and Dive Operators will pick you up at house. Belize has a high season and a low season. You need a passport to enter Belize.
