Pearl Beach guest apartment
Set back in the yard from the Pearl Beach House, the apartment has its own private porch and shares the yard, gardens and beach w/ the Pearl Beach House. Shared, Saltwater 40ft X 12 ft lap pool, 4ft depth. Pool deck seating and umbrellas. Pool hours 8AM till 9PM. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Private parking for one car or golf cart, Private beach shared by both Pearl Beach house and apartment. Private dock at beach for swimming, fishing or sunbathing. WiFi, full kitchen w/ appliances. On demand hot water, one double bedroom, one bedroom w/ two twin beds. Traditional Belizean hardwoods and construction. Bath w/ tile shower, toilet and sink/mirror. Hot and cold water, hardwood floor.
Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, Shared split level AC in bedrooms at back of apartment. AC in living area in front of house. Cable TV in living area. Light and airy room on top floor of two story house. Caretakers downstairs. Small deck off the Living Area catches a breeze. Seating area, dining area. Hardwood closets in both bedrooms. Bathroom w/ tiled shower and hardwood floors. Plenty of room in each bedroom for toiletries as sink area is small.
Located just North of the Placencia Airstip. Planes fly over the dock on departure, guests enjoy watching the flights. Aircraft noise limited to approx. 12 seconds.
20 minute walk to village. Bike rental in village. Taxis will pick up at Guest House. Maximum occupancy 4 people. Family property, no loud parties, noise off at 10PM other than moderate inside (TV etc). Pool open 8AM till 9PM.

Why they chose this property
If you are looking for a quiet spot out of the main tourist area of the village, yet close to those amenities the village offer this is your spot! Shared 40ft. private pool with deck and seating/shade umbrellas in beautiful yard leading to beach/dock. No beach bar noise. Small planes 3 times a day from airstrip, just North of this property fun to watch from the dock... noise for 10 seconds. Caretaker on premise. Beach chairs. Restaurants both North and South of property accessible by Taxi. Full grocery store, bank and pharmacy just 5 minutes from apartment by car/taxi.
What makes this property unique
Privacy. Pool for those off days at the beach. Shared private driveway into property. Cannot access property without Property Manager first checking you in. Parking for one golf cart or car. NO loud music or noise after 10PM. This is a quiet property. Families welcome. NO pets.
