Our home is within a close drive to skiing, hiking, paddling, swimming, loads of breweries, and some tasty restaurants. Located in a quiet neighborhood right in a small city, we’ve got plenty of indoor and outdoor games and activities for you and your family to enjoy. The perfect home base for day trips in central Maine, a great spot for golf, college sports, disc golf, hot air balloon rides, or to relax near the Androscoggin. There’s a great yard with a grill, large patio deck with umbrella, beautiful sunroom, and more. Two bedrooms and the shower are up a flight of stairs. A pullout couch (into a queen bed), living room, kitchen, dining room, and WC are all located on the first floor for easier accessibility. There are steps at both entrances, so the house is not easily accessible for people with limited mobility. We’ve got baby gear as well! We offer a pack and play, some small games, gates, and a high chair. We have LOADS of games, so you’re covered on those rainy days AND the sunny ones. We’re in a residential neighborhood, so we ask that you keep the noise down at night, and move inside after dark. The bathroom has a claw-foot tub with a shower installed. We have a step and a seat for people to use to swing their feet in, but it is more difficult to get into than a traditional shower.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in our home. If damage due to smoking is found, there will be a fee to cover costs, up to $1,500 to cover the cost of additional cleaning. If furniture must be replaced, we will use the damage insurance coverage required to book our home.

This home is an excellent place to stay in the Lewiston-Auburn area. The owners have done a great job with furnishings and other items to make the place feel homey. The neighborhood is primarily single-family homes with kids and people walking dogs. The street has very little traffic, and there are sidewalks on both sides of the neighborhood roads.
Easy to book and a great location for exploring the state. There were plenty of amenities and things to do, and the yard is completely fenced if you’re bringing a dog! This property is lovely if you appreciate older homes.
Fantastic home! And when I say home I mean it! It makes you feel like your at home! Close to everything you would want! Easy to get to, off street parking and a game room to boot!! Highly recommend!
This was the perfect place to stay while visiting friends in the area. I read in an older review that there was a smoke smell, but thankfully we didn’t have that issue. I would definitely stay here again!
We found this to be a fantastic place to stay in the Lewiston/Auburn area. The house is in a very pleasant neighborhood where every street has sidewalks and people are out and about. The host has done a great job providing amenities. There are the usual pots and pans but also games for kids (and adults that like kids games). The backyard is fenced in with a tall privacy fence. There appeared to be plenty of furniture for being outside. We were there during the cold and snow of January and didn't have a chance to take advantage of sitting outside. Communications with the host were quick and helpful.
Convenient location & great fenced in yard for the dogs
Overall our stay was great. The house was clean, convenient and the yard is a plus. Our only complaint was the strong smell of cigarette smoke left over from a previous guest. The owner was kind enough to give us a discount due to the smell. We do not smoke and so it was very noticeable to us.
This home in Auburn was wonderful for my 3 adult daughters and 18 mo old grandson. It was very well equipped for a toddler with built in gates, extra gate, pack n play and high chair. These items made it very comfortable for my daughter and her son. The rooms were charming, beds very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Very cute back sitting area, deck and yard even though we didn't get an opportunity to use it. The air conditioning was wonderful to have on the hot humid days. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Area
Well it was clean and very well stocked. However, needs a few things. Mostly a curtain or shade in the upstairs bathroom. Also needs to get rid of the dead plants. Shouldn't be guests job to water. Could either over or under water. Back yard needs some attention too. When we left there were four cop cars on the next street over. For us it was good but again needs some TLC.
