You have private walk out access to the pool via the balcony. This condo is beautiful and so very well decorated! It is located in a very nice area within Scottsdale Ranch. We felt very safe in the condo community and also in the area in general where it is located. Steve is a very nice person and was very responsive to all our questions which made everything easy. The neighborhood is great in my opinion, it's hard to be the location and all the amenities available. There is so much around in such a short distance, its quiet and everyone is nice and friendly.

I would have to say the lake on the other side of the property, again you can't beat the location.
