Enter the condo on ground level and walk up a flight of stairs to find a large beautiful open floor plan. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals including a dining area seating for 8 and 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. The beautiful gourmet kitchen features a wine fridge, microwave, stove/oven, fridge, kitchen utensils, and a traditional coffee maker. You will no doubt find yourself curled up reading a book or watching your favorite TV show in the living room on the comfy sectional sofa or chair, and 75” Smart TV w/ Apple TV and Direct TV Streaming and on those cooler evenings and mornings relax and enjoy the covered balcony with views of the golf course with outdoor hi-top table and seating for 6 just off the living room.



Sleep well and wake up to views of the golf course in the master bedroom that features a King size bed, 55" smart TV with Apple TV with Direct TV Streaming, dresser, walk in closet and private master bathroom that has double sinks, walk in shower and a separate tub. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and the second guest bedroom features a King size bed and dresser. The Guest bathroom has a walk in shower and single sink.



Access to the community amenities are really spectacular and include a heated outdoor pool (heated during colder months), a hot tub, chaise lounges, outdoor shower, drinking fountain, gas BBQ grills, across the driveway of the unit covered and uncovered dining tables and a fitness room! Next to the fitness room are restrooms and drinking fountain. You may never want to leave.



This area is a walkers paradise. Distance to Westin Villas - .25 miles; Westin Resort and Golf Pro Shop - .3 miles; Westin Resort famous Antidote Restaurant- .5 miles; Kierland Commons shopping and dining area - 1.0 miles away.
