Loved this house!

The house was stunning- it was a quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for the entire family. Check in and out was a breeze, and just over-all amazing experience for us!

Nice family getaway

Overall stay was great! Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is due to the multiple broken items in the home and it could’ve been a tad cleaner. But otherwise we had a great time and it was in a great location. The pool was nice, but looked like it was a while since it’s previously cleaning. Nothing we couldn’t take on ourselves, so not a huge deal. This is more like a 4.5 star rating, so I do recommend to others looking to stay in the area!

Overall, an okay stay – spacious home in a nice neighborhood, but disappointing upkeep and host responsivenessWe recently stayed at this property and appreciated the space it offered, as well as the quiet and pleasant neighborhood. It had potential to be a really great stay, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance left a lot to be desired.At first glance, the house appeared clean, but once we settled in and moved things around, we found a few concerning signs that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned—like a milk cap left on the counter, toothpaste spots on mirrors, and a used name tag left upstairs. The house also had a weird musty smell. The pool also wasn’t clean.When I reached out to the host to let them know, they offered to send a cleaner the next day—which I appreciated—but the cleaner never came and there was no follow-up. That lack of follow-through was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. This property wasn’t cheap, and as paying guests, we expected a bit more care and attention.There were also several maintenance issues that detracted from the experience: a broken light fixture over the kitchen island, old leak stains on the ceilings, bird nests and a fly infestation on the patio, and even a loose electrical wire that was concerning.The home has good bones and could be a great rental with more attention to detail and guest care. Hopefully, the host takes this feedback seriously.
