Why they chose this property

My home is located in a small and secure subdivision (on a quite cul-de-sac) directly across from the historic Partridge Inn (a Signature Hilton Property). There's great restaurants, huge deck that raps around the hotel to hang out with a full view of Augusta, and great roof top bar. Your a short seven minute walk to the National, and a two minute walk to the Partridge Inn.

What makes this property unique

Italian leather furniture, brand new beds and mattresses in every bedroom, vintage items all around, big screens in every bedroom, one in the dining room, one in the breakfast nook, and one in the huge deck (seating for twelve, with a fire-pit)
