Great property! Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Only negative is a queen size bed in master and not a king. Otherwise had an amazing time!

We had a great time at this wonderful little beach house in Ormond Beach. The views are awesome and it is so great to be just steps from the beach and the ocean. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The restaurants are a short drive away and have a variety to choose from. We would highly recommend this beach bunglow!

Location is amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Beds are very uncomfortable, TV's in bedrooms are older and too small. TV in living room does not connect to internet so bring your own Firestick. None of the outdoor water hoses work , outdoor shower barely trinkles. Good luck trying to rinse off beach sand. Even tried switching the hoses, the one on the back of the home is concreted to the plumbing. So you can't even switch them out. Sandspur's were in the yard and in our dogs fur. We would not stay here again.

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed- towels, blankets, beach chairs, kitchen items, Netflix, nearly on the beach, garage parking. It was perfect for anniversary weekend trip. We had great meals at Margarita island and Alexander’s Prime. Took the fitness hike at Riverbend Nature Park. Went to Herman and the Hermits concert starring Peter Noone at the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center. Great trip!

Property owner knocked it out of the park, Five place. May want to think about adding an ice maker. Master shower was the bomb. Management company should be fired,Zero , skimped on amenities. Folks, trust me when I say bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, & toilet paper, unless of course you like single ply sandpaper. Soap must have lye, dries you out, zero hair products, & well, you know about the TP. To pay as much as we did to have the entire trip leaving a bad taste in our mouth over 10 worth of expected amenities, is a shame. Check-in/Check-out times are a bit late/early but I can understand cleaning crew needs to prepare for the next guests; great job cleaning crew, but to charge 60 to check-in an hour early; 3pm apposed to 4pm, is a bit to far. We left before check-out 10am for the anxiety of being automatically charged 60 for leaving late. Folks, don’t not come here based upon what I’ve said, you’ll have a blast. Just be prepared, that’s all.

Love this location, wonderful beach, with orange sand, and no bugs! it’s a great, beautiful , comfortable house with everything needed for a long stay. Loved that it allowed our dog, wished yard was fenced, but not anything major to stop us from planning to go back again. Next time for at least a week.

Great Stay at Beach Bungalow

We had a awesome trip to Ormond Beach. The bungalow was perfect for our stay. It was steps from the beach and you could hear the surf while inside the house. The house had been recently renovated and is fantastic. It was so cute and very practical. We had everything we needed for our stay with a well stocked kitchen. We utilized the beach chairs that were provided which made for a wonderful lazy day just sitting on the beach. The location was perfect with many local restaurants within a short drive. I would highly recommend a stay at this beach bungalow.

Ocean view is beautiful if you don't have neighbors at the place between this place and the ocean. Neighbors will leave outdoor lights on all night and park blocking all window views for rest of stay. We made use of our garage access and parked inside, vehicle was safe inside during rough weather.Home was clean if you don't have a problem vacuuming up ants at least 2x a day. Main ant issues were by big front window and in closet of main bedroom. Easy small vacuum battery was dead with no charger in sight. Had to use big bulky thing. 2x a day, everyday.Home is complete with everything you need for stay, we definitely over packed.Beach was beautiful and generally quiet with easy access to enjoy.
