Cozy and beautiful house located in Carteret, New Jersey. 15 minutes from Newark airport, 30 minutes to New York
The first floor has a living room with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, kitchen, all completely renovated
The second floor has a bedroom and a half bathroom, as well as an open area with desks where you can work. Close to bus stops, train station and various restaurants, as well as Carteret Seafront Parks, has a beautiful area on Washington Street's Center for Performing Arts and Events.
The owner lives in the basement, but it is a private area and separate entrance. It is not a shared space, you will not have to share with anyone in the common areas. It has a private entrance that separates the other floors.
The space is a classic style designed that marks the entire interior Incredible place to stay and very oriented
