Great Location

Very clean place, hosts are accommodating. Kitchen was fully stocked. Close to downtown, bike trail and stores. We would go back.

Growing up, my family made many trips to Southern Utah to visit grandparents! My grandmother always wished her posterity would fall in love with Southern Utah and most of us have!

Why they chose this property

This home is located up against a mountain in a growing and thriving part of Cedar City! Freeway access, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, mountain bike trails, walking paths, and hiking areas are all located within minutes of the home! The historic downtown part of Cedar city is five minutes away! In addition, you will be surrounded by a handful of national parks and Brian Head ski resort!

What makes this property unique

This home was newly built in 2024 with 9 foot ceilings throughout and a 20 foot ceiling in the living area! This open floor plan boasts large windows with beautiful mountain views and an abundance of natural light! Each of the bedrooms has a king size bed for your comfort! Sit out on the master balcony and watch the sunrise or spend time on the front and back porches to take in the refreshing air and peaceful scenery! Just steps away from the front door you can take a walk on the paved walking trail that will lead you up through the foothills! Don’t be surprised if you see, deer wandering through the property on occasion!
