Randy was an absolutely amazing host and the condo was perfect!! Randy checked in with me regularly to see if we had everything we needed or to answer any questions we had. The area was peaceful/quiet with a view of all of the beautiful fall colors out the back slider. The condo was the cleanest vrbo I have ever stayed in which ranks at the top of the list for me. The beds were very comfortable, the gas fireplace gave a cozy vibe and the extra soft blankets provided just made snuggling up to relax even better. I cannot say enough positive things about staying here. I will definitely try to book here again if I travel to this area of the state in the future. Loved staying here!!

We had a great stay at Randy's home! The house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. It was located close to Fryeburg and a short drive to North Conway, NH. Randy was a good host, very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend his property for others seeking a comfortable stay in the Fryeburg / North Conway area!

Cozy, new, clean condo

Great Time with the family. The condo was very clean. We were close to skiing (20 minutes), close to grocery store. The propane fireplace was great and kept us warm while giving a relaxing vibe. During routine visit they shoveled the roof and we lost water. Randy notified us before we knew we lost power and communicated well throughout. Highly recommend. Thank you for a fun get away!

We stayed here for four days in New Hampshire, and it was perfect for our family. The layout gave us plenty of room to spread out, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and great to work with throughout our stay. The pool was a big hit with everyone. We'd definitely stay here again.
