We had a delightful stay at the King Street home. Rental was lovely, very well appointed, and in a terrific location with a view of the Beaufort River and very close to downtown. The host, Richard, was extremely responsive to any question or request. We enjoyed it so much that we have already have booked a next October stay!
We had the best trip at King Street Cottage! It is beautiful, clean, cozy, and well stocked. No detail was overlooked from the supplies in the kitchen to the toiletries in the bathrooms. The towels and linens were very soft and the beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to walk into town - the location was terrific. Overall an amazing family vacation!

We (2 retired couples) had an excellent experience at King Street Cottage. The location was convenient, and the property was beautifully furnished. It was charming, well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The spaciousness added to the appeal, and we had no issues during our stay. Beaufort is a beautiful historic city. Highly recommend!”
Great Vrbo rental. This house is thoughtfully appointed, the kitchen is well stocked, the bath ammenities are carefully chosen, and the beds are comfortable. All of the rooms are very clean. The furnishings have been carefully selected and the house feels fresh. The owners have a genuine commitment to the comfort of the guests..
The cottage is lovingly maintained and equipped with everything -- and more! -- than we expected. It was the perfect base for a short, late summer getaway.
This is the second time we have stayed in this cottage but hopefully, will not be the last. It is perfect in every aspect from the host, to the cleanliness, location, comfort and in many more ways. Without a doubt to us, this is the BEST vacation rental in Beaufort, SC.

What a spot! So tastefully put together, everything imaginable for staying here, location was right in the Historic District and 2 blocks off of the waterfront; we felt like we lucked out booking this property! Owners were very kind and accommodated our early arrival. We shall return!!
Our family enjoyed our stay at King Street Cottage so much! The level of hospitality far exceeds any place I have ever stayed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, the beds are comfortable, it’s spotless, and they even have adorable custom bottles of soaps and lotions in each bathroom. They have really thought of every guest’s needs. We truly felt at home, we will be back again!

The King Street Cottage is a beautiful home in a very desirable part of Beaufort. The location is within convenient walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, and the waterfront. The cottage floor plan and high ceilings provide a sense of space and comfort that is unusual in a two bedroom cottage. It is also very well appointed, in a manner that you only see from someone who understands what it means to be a gracious host. We had a wonderful visit! Thank you Richard for all of the thoughtful details, and your prompt and helpful communication with us. And for offering this beautiful place. We loved staying there!
The house is clean, extremely well equipped and renovated in 2017 to a very high standard
