Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay in NYC at a reasonable price. The location was unbeatable, the beds comfortable with a everything you could need provided. It is a walk up 3 flights of sketchy stairs so you need to be fit, but I will make this my go to place whenever we're in New York.

Riki was amazing in communication from beginning to end. The location is in ideal proximity to a lot of things we wanted visit during the stay, and we felt comfortable and safe. The property itself for the four of us to our needs!

Great stay! Easy check-in/out and comms with Riki. Location is the highlight, great area in Hell’s Kitchen, super close restaurants and groceries as well as Times Square and Subway stations. Apt was comfortable, kitchen et al. Heads up though for those with mobility challenges, access is via three floors up a semi- narrow staircase.

We did not cook inside and did not use AC, the place is clean but very small, the chairs are very unsafe. Location is excellent, everywhere was a walking distance if you like walking.

Kerri was an extremely gracious host who provided excellent directions to the apartment via the subway from LaGuardia. The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived; and it is in a wonderful area of Hell's Kitchen with easy access to Times Square.

The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable.
