Great for Families

The house is spacious for families. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working, but the host was very responsive.

No internet because owner was in arrears. Sucks but true, owner owed past due for the internet. Day 1 no internet. Day 2 - tech came out and paid for the internet out of his own pocket. Day 3 - no internet because rush payment wasn’t made. Crumbs on counter in kitchen. Socks on floor in bedroom. Weird configuration of upstairs to get to the tv room you have to walk through 2 bedrooms. No en-suite in either downstairs “masters” Small showers Downstairs tv is small and tucked in a corner so viewing sucks if there is more than 2 people. Sparse decorations. Deck needs staining or painting. Asked for a refund due to no internet and never heard back from him. We owned at Black Butte and have rented several houses, this was the worst experience over 20 years.
