About this property

Black Butte Ranch is one of Oregon's oldest and most desirable western getaways in the Pacific Northwest. The early founders of the 1800 acre ranch ensured that generations to come will be able to enjoy this spectacular protected wilderness. This is the kind of place family traditions are made of.

Our house is conveniently located near the west gate with an easy bike ride to the newly updated lodge pool and Lakeside Bistro. Paulina pool and springs are just a stroll away.

Black Butte Ranch is a gated community so please review the information below and keep it available for access to the ranch facilities and our home.

Once you arrive in the ranch, please head to the welcome center for registration. They will give you a map to Golf Home 186 on the west side of the ranch. I will have you down as one of the drivers. If you have any other cars that will be coming, please send the drivers names to me for registration.

As a reminder: Black Butte Ranch charges a 12% resort fee that is included in your payment.

Our house is conveniently located near the west gate with an easy bike ride to the newly updated lodge pool and Lakeside Bistro. Paulina pool and springs are just a stroll away.

Beautifully updated, the layout of this home is ideal for two families to come share the ranch together. All 4 bedrooms are on the same floor with 2 being king master suites.
The 3rd bedroom includes a queen bed. The 4th bedroom includes 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

The main living area features an open floor plan with a gorgeous, newly remodeled chef's kitchen and wood burning fireplace in the adjacent living room.

There is a private deck with BBQ for some outdoor living space. The dining area has an additional leaf to make room for seating up to 10.

For entertainment, the living room has a cable TV and complimentary Wifi. Board games and cards are available for some family fun.

Black Butte Ranch is a sprawling, family-friendly getaway in the heart of Central Oregon.

Inaccurate Description

We were very disappointed that the house didn’t live up to the description in the listing and we were dismayed to find several items of neglected maintenance. The overall presentation was quite unsatisfactory.

We live in the Portland area and have 3 kids that also love their time here.
