Plaza Tower is is the heart of Tallahassee: the Capital building is one block away, the Supreme Court is next door, while the condo balcony overlooks FSU Law School. Your yard is Kleman Plaza, with its beautiful fountain and park with benches. The Egg restaurant is in the building, with Harry's Seafood next door. Nightlife and restaurants are all within walking distance. The condo has two suites, each with a giant walk in closet and its own full ensuite bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room. Sliding doors access the balcony from the living room as well as the master suite. The parking garage is beneath the building, and accessible via elevator. Two elevator towers access the condo, and a fob is necessary for entry, adding additional security. The condo has one designated parking spot in the garage, accessible by a key card and remote control. They gym is on the 1st floor and theconference/reading room is on the 4th.
