About this property
Contemporary Marina District Flat - Newly listed, nice home in a great location!
Fully furnished - Great location
Extended stay opportunity
Our remodeled upper flat offers you 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious gourmet kitchen with a computer nook, a dining room with a large dining table, and a great living room with bay windows, a leather sectional, and a 65" smart TV.
The two primary bedrooms each have a king-sized bed and a closet. There is an entry door at the back of each bedroom that opens to an adjoining sunroom that has a queen sized murphy bed with built-in closet cabinets and a desk, allowing the sunroom to serve as a third bedroom or as an office/reading room when the murphy bed is not pulled down.
One of the bathrooms is located off of the main hallway and offers a shower/bathtub. The other bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms and has a large stall shower with a bench seat.
There is an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as large and small kitchen appliances.
There are high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout the flat.
The Marina District, on the city’s northern shore, is known for its upbeat bars and restaurants.
Fort Mason, a former military base, is a multifaceted arts complex and event space.
A connected grassy park, called the Marina Green, has a running and bike path and expansive views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and yachts on the water.
The Palace of Fine Arts, dating back to 1915, is a neoclassical landmark.
Nearby is the Presidio of San Francisco, a former a military post, that is a 1,491-acre national park site and a National Historic Landmark.
The Presidio Tunnel Tops is a 14-acre national park space in San Francisco located on top of the Presidio Parkway tunnels. It connects the Crissy Field area to the Presidio Main Post and offers panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the bay.
Our location is a five minute walk to Chestnut Street that has many restaurants and shops. This includes an Apple store, a pharmacy, banks, delicatessens as well as coffee shops and bakeries. The local Safeway store is about a ten minute walk away.
We are close to a nearby recreation park that includes tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts.
We also have public transportation stops nearby.
We have set up the flat for self check-in. If you prefer to be greeted upon your arrival, we are on hand and are often available to provide local recommendations, ensure a smooth check-in, and answer any questions you may have.
Linda is a fourth-generation San Franciscan and past president of the San Francisco Tour Guide Guild. She is more than happy to provide you with tips on getting around and places to visit. She also is often available for private custom tours for our guests.
We have offered our flat as a short and long term vacation rental in the past with good reception, and we look forward to doing so again.
