You'll love our cabin in the woods - It is a great place to escape, enjoy the outdoors, build a fire in one of our firepits, and roast some marshmallows! You can also fire up the grill and cook up a good burger or steak. Great Hunting onsite with Fishing nearby. Additional charge for hunting which includes Hog, Deer, and Turkey on 800 beautiful acres of private land. The property has Ladder Stands, blinds, shooting houses, and green fields. If you are not interested in hunting or fishing it is a nice place just to relax and getaway from the city and enjoy an Alabama Football game. The property is very peaceful and secluded and is located 25 miles away from Northport.

I would rate this stay a 6.5 to 7 out of 10This property can be an enjoyable stay, especially for “lodging” and time with friends. Clearer upfront communication regarding hunting details and costs would greatly enhance the experience and help future visitors make fully informed decisions before scheduling.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was just as described. It was so relaxing being tucked back in the woods rocking on the front porch. Host was very friendly and suggested some good restaurants to try out. My only suggestion is to let the guest know ahead of time where exactly to turn to get to the house. Our GPS stopped us short but luckily my friend was able to find on another website exactly where to turn for the driveway. I would recommend this house to others and would stay here again.
