Hot Springs Village Condo on the Green

Welcome to Condo On The Green. A comfortable place to stay right on the 8th green of Cortez golf course. All things outdoors are available to you at this Hot Springs Village Community. Miles of hiking trails, water fun on the 6 big lakes, and for the golf enthusiast 9 courses to choose from. Historic Hots springs is just a short drive to the south.

The condo has a fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a fully remodeled ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The deck is a great place to relax and watch the golfers.


You will receive the door code 24 hours prior to check in time. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through

INSIDE THE VILLAGE - You can purchase a `5 Visit` pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities: Coronado Fitness Center : One Day Pickleball : One Day Coronado Tennis Center : Two Hours Outdoor Pool : One Day Kayak/Stand Up Paddleboards at Desoto Marina
